Cool. The eye-liner worked well, but did tend to come off if rubbed against, even with setting powder.

I suggest setting the eyeliner with a product called Final Seal from Ben Nye, I used to do Trill makeup for everything. Final seal just sprays on like hairspray for the face. Very easy to use. Alternately you can paint them on with liquide eyeliner.

Or you can make one that will last when touched, with a pot of loose eyeshadow and a product like one of these below. These go a long long long way so you will get so many uses from one small bottle.

I just want to second L'Narra's suggestion. I use similar product, a fixer/sealer barrier spray by Mehron--it does a pretty decent job of keeping the gray Cardie skin tone on my hands.

Exclamation tatoo

I'm currently planning on getting a large trefoil tatoo, any suggestion on what style of one would look best?

Greetings qej,

There seem to be a variety of shapes and colors of the Klingon Trefoil. FASA gaming manuals used one that had a tall upper piece in red, the right piece in green, the left piece in blue - with a yellow circle in the middle. I have also seen the blue and green colors switched. There is a more modern version (Imperial?) that is a dark red on a black circle, and a dark red one on a silver circle (cover of "Star Trek Klingon for the Galactic Traveler"). Doing a search at Memory Beta http://memory-beta.wikia.com/wiki/Trefoil (these are not considered canon) you'll see these images, or do a Google Images search. Keep in mind that the shape is often varies.

You will have to decide between the "Imperial Trefoil" and the "Classic Trefoil" - the latter being much more colorful.

We do expect you to post a picture of your new tat when you get it.

Klag

Talking tatoo

Thank you for pointing me on the right direction on styles. I will be getting the dark red on the black and will be sure to post glorious pictures of my victory at the tatoo place.

Well I have abandoned my plan for my third tattoo that I was thinking of. It is still a good idea, just one that it is not the right time for. I am giving some new thought to my idea of a Klingon tribal band, especially since it will actually go nicely with my first one, which has absolutely nothing Klingon about it.
